DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES [FIELD CENTRE SUPERVISOR]
1) Supervising of the Field Studies Centre and responsible for the well being of the Centre in general including staff members under his care and all visitors to the Centre.
2) Responsible for planning and supervising the day to day duties of all member staff under his care.
3) Ensuring that the infrastructure (buildings, walkways, etc) and other facilities (electrical generator, water pump, etc) of the Centre are always in good (working) condition.
4) Ensuring that the supplies for the Centre such as fuel, gas, groceries, etc are sufficient and always available on site.
5) Responsible for good maintenance of field facilities such as forest trails, forest plots, overnight huts, etc.
6) Responsible for meeting the general needs of scientists for their research activities both in the laboratory and field.
7) Responsible for carrying out an annual appraisal of KBFSC staff under his care.

accordance to the doctor’s prescription; dispense and counsel the

the use of the medicine and train the hospital staff.
